SPROUTED PUMPKIN SEED MILK
Ingredients:

1 cup raw sprouted pumpkin seeds

filtered water

1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

pinch of salt

Directions:​

Place th​e seeds in a bowl or jar and add 2 cups of warm filtered water with a pinch of salt. Let sit on your counter for about 8 hours.

Drain the liquid and rinse the seeds.

Add the seeds to blender with 3 cups of fresh filtered water, vanilla bean powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
A creamy seed milk with a pastel green color and subtle nutty flavor. The perfect nut-free alternative to almond or cashew milk.
