I'm a nutrition professional, self-taught recipe developer, and health enthusiast! I've merged my nutrition background and culinary talents together to show others that delicious, nourishing food isn't synonymous with complicated, boring, or bland. After shifting to an anti-inflammatory style of eating as a result of my own personal health journey, I was getting tired of eating the same old recipes that I found online, and I realized that my options at places like restaurants, bakeries, and the prepared food section of grocery markets were limited-to-none. Recognizing that I wasn't the only one in this situation, I was inspired to help others-- particularly those with special dietary needs-- get out of the recipe rut and prove that it's possible to make food that not only tastes good, but makes you feel good, too!
