I've merged my nutrition background and culinary talents together to show others that delicious, nourishing food isn't synonymous with complicated, boring, or bland. After shifting to an anti-inflammatory style of eating as a result of my own personal health journey, I was getting tired of eating the same old recipes that I found online, and I realized that my options at places like restaurants, bakeries, and the prepared food section of grocery markets were limited-to-none. Recognizing that I wasn't the only one in this situation, I was inspired to help others-- particularly those with special dietary needs-- get out of the recipe rut and prove that it's possible to make food that not only tastes good, but makes you feel good, too!
