A creamy salted caramel filling over a rich, chewy chocolate crust. Grain-free, gluten-free, nut-free, vegan.
NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL TAHINI BARS
Ingredients:
Chocolate Crust

3/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 cacao powder

1/4 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds

1/3 cup maple syrup
-
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

pinch of salt
Salted Caramel Tahini Layer

1/2 cup creamy tahini
-
1/3 cup maple syrup
-
1/4 cup coconut oil
-
pinch of salt
Chocolate Drizzle

1/3 cup chocolate chips
-
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Directions:

Line a 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper.

Place crust ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Press evenly into the baking pan. Place in the freezer to set.

Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients to a small saucepan. Heat on low for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour over the crust. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours to set.

Cut into squares.

Melt the chocolate drizzle ingredients together in a small saucepan over low heat. Drizzle over the bars.

Store in the fridge or freezer.
