AIR-FRIED CARROT FRIES
Ingredients:

1 lb carrots
-
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
-
pinch of salt
Directions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Peel and rinse the carrots. Cut into 1/2 inch sticks.

Drop the carrots into the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Immediately drain the boiling water and transfer to ice water.

Drain and pat dry. Toss in coconut oil and salt.

Place in an air fryer basket and cook for 14-16 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Serve with ketchup or your condiment of choice.
A healthy sidekick to any dinner dish!
